Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop custom JIRA workflows, schemes, and dashboards based on
  business requirements.
• Work extensively with ScriptRunner for advanced JIRA customizations using Groovy
  scripting.
• Automate tasks and improve system efficiency through custom scripts and integrations.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
  scalable JIRA solutions.
• Perform system upgrades, plugin configurations, and maintain JIRA performance and
  health.
• Integrate JIRA with other tools and platforms (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket, CI/CD tools).
• Document technical designs, configurations, and operational processes.

We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of hands-on experience working with Atlassian tools, primarily JIRA.
• Proven experience with ScriptRunner and Groovy scripting for custom solutions.
• Strong understanding of JIRA architecture, APIs, and plugin ecosystem.
• Ability to manage JIRA at scale — across multiple projects and teams.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with other Atlassian tools like Confluence, Bitbucket, or Jira Service
  Management.
• Knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations with third-party tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps pipelines or CI/CD processes.
