Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through inbound leads.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand services and effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, business proposals, and analytical reports.
• Monitor and report key performance metrics such as lead conversion rates and pipeline status to support data-driven decisions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 0–6 months of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Development Executive (preferably in IT, software, or technology sectors).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present ideas confidently.
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with strategic thinking ability.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, B.Tech, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Exposure to IT products, SaaS solutions, or technology consulting services is an advantage.
