Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a results-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with 2–4 years of hands-on experience to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of various digital marketing channels and be capable of driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation through data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.

  • Implement and manage SEO strategies, including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to improve organic visibility.

  • Create and manage high-quality content for websites, blogs, social media platforms, and digital advertising campaigns.

  • Plan, publish, and monitor paid advertising campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI.

  • Develop and manage social media marketing strategies across relevant platforms.

  • Handle LinkedIn marketing, including profile optimization, content publishing, and lead generation campaigns.

  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools and optimize campaigns based on insights.

  • Work closely with the design and marketing teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and marketing goals.

  • Design basic campaign creatives, social media posters, or ad visuals using Canva (added advantage).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing.

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

  • Experience in performance tracking, data analysis, and campaign optimization.

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and lead generation strategies.

  • Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.

  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CMS platforms (WordPress or similar), or marketing automation tools is an advantage.
