Recruiter Internship
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern for our client. The ideal candidate will assist in various stages of the recruitment process and gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and human resource operations.
Location: Remote(work from home)
Job Type: Full-Time / Depends on the client requirement
Client Requirement: This position is for one of our clients, not within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri,
and job portals. - Screen resumes and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview schedules, and
feedback. - Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
- Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and administrative activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business
Administration, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of the recruitment life cycle is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes(indeed,naukri,monster,linkdin..etc)
