Senior Human Resource Executive
We are seeking a dynamic Senior HR Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing day-to-day HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and contributing to the overall success of the HR department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes—job posting, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer rollout—aligned with workforce plans.
- Manage payroll processing in collaboration with finance, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable tax and labor laws.
- Drive the performance management cycle: set clear goals, provide feedback, facilitate development planning, and oversee appraisals.
- Handle complex employee relations matters while promoting a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
- Ensure full compliance with employment laws, labor regulations, and company HR policies.
- Define, analyze, and report on HR KPIs such as time-to-hire, attrition, training ROI, and employee engagement scores.
- Develop and deliver detailed quarterly reports on employment trends (e.g., hiring, attrition, retention) and integrate external market benchmarks.
- Lead employee engagement strategies and initiatives to build a culture of inclusion, performance, and growth.
- Manage grievance and disciplinary procedures, ensuring fairness, consistency, and legal compliance.
- Provide guidance to leadership on organizational changes, workforce restructuring, and communication planning.
- Oversee and improve HR operations, including HRIS management, documentation, audits, and administrative workflows.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
- 2+ years of progressive experience in HR management, covering recruitment, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software, and experience using data for strategic HR decision-making.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential issues with integrity and professionalism.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the IT industry or technology-driven environments is a strong plus.
- Hands-on experience in HR operations, systems, and process optimization is highly desirable.
