About the role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SEO Analyst to join our team at our IT-based company in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of SEO techniques, a willingness to learn, and good English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for improving website visibility, increasing organic traffic, and supporting the implementation of SEO strategies.

Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
Key responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords and search opportunities.
- Perform on-page SEO activities, including optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and website content.
- Assist with off-page SEO activities, including backlink building and link-building strategies.
- Conduct basic technical SEO audits and identify website optimization opportunities.
- Monitor website performance, organic traffic, keyword rankings, and other SEO metrics.
- Work with content writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations.
- Use SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
- Analyze competitors and identify opportunities to improve search engine rankings.
- Prepare SEO performance reports and track progress regularly.
- Stay updated on Google algorithm changes, SEO trends, and industry best practices.
Required skills & qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and search engine ranking factors.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of on-page SEO, off-page SEO, and technical SEO.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn new tools and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
